Lead times

Our maximum lead time is 14 days from the day the order is paid from. Many of our items are handmade in the UK and while we keep good stock there will be some products being manufactured.
Lead times will vary from month to month as we supply a large number of shops and many businesses decide to order at exactly the same time, hence delivery lead times will increase or decrease randomly.
 

New Delivery Charges 

Up till now we have heavily subsidised delivery costs.
The bigger our range has grown and more delicate items we supply, means that nearly all our shipments have to be delivered via pallets.
In the past we have subsidised this cost below the carriage paid cost, however, due to increased costs, we can no longer do this.
When you select delivery, the cost of the pallet delivery will be charged according to your post code. This is the pallet rate we pay. We do not profit from this. We also do not charge for the cost of packing and wrapping the pallets. If you require carriage paid the order value is below.
