We now recommend you select "pay by transfer" or "pay by telephone" and then it the pay button. This will save the order and allow us to check to see if there are any additional costs due to extra commodity codes. We will then send you a new invoice.
About Commodity Codes
You will be able to see a commodity code on the invoice below each product. Different types of items will have different codes so customs all over the world can work out Duty. The pallet cost and carriage paid cost now includes the customs charge and up to 3 commodity codes. We are trying to simplify this by adding commodity codes to the category pages our each product lines so it becomes easier for you to see how many different codes you have selected. Lead times
Our maximum lead time is 14 days from the day the order is paid from. Many of our items are handmade in the UK and while we keep good stock there will be some products being manufactured.
Lead times will vary from month to month as we supply a large number of shops and many businesses, who decide to order at exactly the same time, hence delivery lead times will increase or decrease randomly.
Please note: These commodity codes are guides to help you with importing our products. We cannot guarantee that your countries customs will accept these as totally correct. We advise you to make your own checks.
